2. Booking & Cancellations

Bookings can be made through our website, email, or phone.

Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur up to 100% cancellation charges.
3. Accessibility Commitment
Our vehicles are equipped with wheelchair ramps or lifts to ensure safe and comfortable travel. However, we request that users inform us in advance about specific accessibility requirements or support equipment to ensure we meet expectations.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use our services for lawful and respectful purposes only. Abuse of drivers, misuse of accessible equipment, or intentional damage to property will not be tolerated and may lead to a ban from future bookings.
5. Liability Disclaimer
While we strive for 100% safety and satisfaction, WillToGo shall not be liable for:
